Yet people love them. These are the public Vélib bikes in Paris. There are about 25,000 of them at 15,000 rental stations across the city. The first half hour is free and then its only a few euros after that.

do you think it's possible to have a small dog as a saddle?
i used to have a dachshund as a pet when i was little.... I'll say no more.
